I use a Cgate usb external hardrive. The problem is that you have to plug it in to the wall outlet. The Western Digital Passport if compatible with the Braille note M-Power, which supposedly is nonplugin model. I am not sure about floppy since how I don't use floppies. I hope this help you out.
