Others have given you the direct URL for web braille, but I thought I would just let you know that you can also go to www.loc.gov/nls and choose the search the catalog link. Type "web braille" in the keyword field if you only want to find downloadable braille books. Of course you will still need a username and password provided by your library. If you don't know of a phone number for your NLS library you can probably find out how to contact them from the nls page.
If you use a multiple term search you can use web braille as one entry and still have two other search terms to narrow down the list of books you find. I use that method all the time, since looking through all the books available would take forever. For bookshare subscribers, the multiple term search is much more useful than the search on the bookshare site itself since it allows keyword searches of the synopsis, which the bookshare site does not allow. You just enter bookshare in one of the search fields. Make sure to check full from the radio buttons asking what type of record display you prefer, so you can read the synopses provided. When you find a book you want to download you will have to log in to bookshare, so I'd just log in and then go back until you end up on the book's download page again. You can also look at braille book review, another link from the NLS page, to see lists of newly added books. There are links to the books in the braille book review, so it is easy to find and download immediately.
