Hi Robert,

You are correct on the mapping of the QT keys so if you do
exactly as you
did on your BrailleNote, the upgrade should run for you without a
problem.

Ensure you have got the AC adapter connected and that the SD card
meets the
size requirements.

Subject: [Braillenote] ks7

Hello List,
I was just reviewing the instructions, for I am going to be
helping a friend with a qt mpower, download the ks 7.
I looked at the instructions again, and I thought earlier when I
installed my own version, that the keys to be held down were 4
and 5 with the reset button which would be reset with jk on the
qt.
Now that I look at it, it says reset with 4 and 6 or reset with
j
and l
Is this a mistake, or did I do it wrong? Well, my unit is
working
just fine, and I did the reset with 4 and 5.
Also, when I had her do the reset with jk it reset and then the
whole system went flat. Is this because it needed to be reset
with j and l.
Thanks for any help.
Robert
