I'll answer my own EMAIL here!

Dar's unit is upgraded.  Got the wrong files at first, but once I got 
everything properly on the SD card, the upgrade for her unit went well.  
Maurice can't find my number anywhere so need to contact my dealer for proof of 
purchase I suppose.  One down, one to go.  Dar can play but I can't (grin 
smile)! Oh well! I've waited this long so can wait longer I guess!
