Hi Bob, yes in looking at the upgrade instructions I can see where there might be confusion. You can't perform the upgrade on the BrailleNote Classic alone. this is because 6.11 still contains the old download manager, which stores data on the KeySoft System Disk when downloading. There isn't enough room on it for the upgrade. So you'll need the assistance of a PC to download the file, and a card reader to have it placed on the CF card.
