Hi Kathleen; This is Terry Powers. I sure agree with you! I have epelepsi which takes a tole on my memory. I find reading something and then being able to try it on the spot is helpful. I think I will be more secure having both versions. for this reason, I am having someone emboss it for me. I want an alphabetical command list. this way I can look in the braille copy and find things easier than in the chapter 17 we get in braille. I never know where to look when I want a command. this way, if I want delete I will go right to D. CAP never fofilled my request for a braille manual when I got 5.0. this time I am fofilling my wishes. I just think I will learn better and there sure is a lot more to learn! Terry Powers

It would be more appropriate to offer consumers the choice of having the User Guide in braille. Yes, I know it would be bulky, but I'd gladly pay for it. Once I know exactly what I'm doing, I would be able to get reminders from the "Help" menu. It is only fair to point out that a good percentage of consumers who are blind, grew up using tapes or readers for learning. Those of us who are deaf-blind don't have that option. (There are those for whom the Braillenote is their first exposure to an electronic Notetake/PDA.) I've completed two Masters programs, which should say something in my favor. I rest my case and am sorry if you think I'm being a nuissance.
