Dan and list,
Write to [EMAIL PROTECTED] Tell them who you are, where you got your BN
and what time of year it was purchased. I gave Maurice this information
since my serial number wasn't showing as valid and he found my information
and corrected the serial number which was not in his information correctly.
Needless to say, I got my upgrade last night and all is well. I'd suggest
you do the same thing.
