Hi Jose, You need to do it with a PC. You will also need a card reader. Insert the card into the card reader. Plug the card reader into a USB port on the PC. Go into My Computer. Arrow down the list of drives until you see something like "Removable Drive" followed by a letter. Hit ALT-T for Tools, and Format should be one of the options. Remember Never, I mean never, try to format anything on the Braillenote itself.
