Hi Dean, While on the subject of Keysync, looking at my XP system it looks as if this process attempts to start for all users rather than just the user account on which it was installed. I'm one of those who tends to keep Keysync running in my system tray, but I've noticed that if I log off my account, and a member of my family logs onto their account on this machine, they get a Keysync error which they can clear by clicking ok. Not a problem, but I'm wondering if Keysync should actually be starting with any accounts other than that to which it was installed. Is this likely to be the explanation for my error message on other accounts? Using XP Home by the way with all updates etc.
