Dean,

I would like to echo my appreciation as well. Humanware has to be one of the
best blindness technology companies I have ever encountered. You guys have
greatly contributed to the advancement of technology for the blind and
genuinely care about expanding the possibilities for the blind which is
shown by your excellent track record of taking our feedback seriously and
implementing our suggested improvements in upgrades. As a high school
student, I don't know how I would manage to efficiently complete my
schoolwork (and succeed in my advanced placement classes) if it weren't for
my BrailleNote, which has proved invaluable! I feel like we are often quick
to voice problems we encounter with our BrailleNotes/VoiceNotes and suggest
how they may be improved, which I believe is absolutely necessary because
customer feedback is essential to the success of these products, however,
many of us don't often give you the applause which we know you deserve but
just don't always take time to express. So congratulations, Humanware, on a
job well done, and keep up the good work!

Lindsay

Hi Dean,
I think we all feel the same about pleasing people. All I can tell you
is, if you ever feel discouraged, or down, remember all the good your
accomplished with the foklks whom you've helped.
God bless and keep you ever in His care.
KC
