Hi KC, Let me see if I can shed some light on this. First, I did mean "folders", which can be dealt with either in the folder manager or the backup utility. I think Dean was explaining that there was no "move folder" option available in the folder manager. The backup utility can be a very good substitute for a "copy folder" option, which is also not available in the folder manager.
The confusion lies in the two different types of folders under discussion. I was referring to a plain, regular folder, containing other folders and/or files. Email folders, on the other hand, are completely different. They are not actually folders, they only look like folders. All the Email is stored in one big database file, "email folders.cdb", which is located on the flash disk, in the keylist folder. The only way I know of to save Emails within their folders, including the inbox, is to print them to a file. One can mark as many Emails in a folders as one desires, and then print them all in one fell swoop. The printing option needs to be set to "print to file" before this can take place. All the Emails will be printed to a text file, located in the "none" folder on the Keysoft System disk. As Rhonda mentioned, there is a method for saving Emails one at a time, which involves saving the Email as a document. The disadvantage to this is that all the header information is not included in the resulting document, it only contains the body of the Email. I know how confusing this is. I really do hope I've cleared things up, at least a little. If you're still confused, keep asking, and I'm sure one of us will be able to come up with a nice, straightforward explanation.
