Hello Sue and Sarah. If you've upgraded to KeySoft 7 then you should upgrade to the latest KeySync, 2.0.0.3.
I'm told that KeySync should run with Outlook 97. If you'd like to send me the log files of it failing, I'll have a look. Last time someone sent me logs, I was able to work out where the problem was and do something about it (I still didn't find out exactly why there was a problem, but that's the way it goes sometimes!).
