Hi, I have just started a new jobg where I need to use the braille termanal while asking questions over the phone. I am using Jaws 7.0 and I have set it up for the braille note but today when I plugged in the braille note using the cerial cable and turn on the braille termanal and put the braille on the jaws I got nothing. Do I have to have another program on the computer to make this work?
