yes, sigma tau could be in your title field with all 30 entries in your keylist otherwise, the bcc field works as well.

Hi, here is the bt way to do this.  In the to field, type 1 2 3
backspace.  Then choose a field that will bring up the 30 people
you want
to email.  remember, you must have their email addresses in the
keylist
database.
I usually use the title field as my reference deliniator.
