Your client shouldn't do a reset while in a document unless she absolutely can't do anything else. She should be out of the document so her work is saved. Database space should be cleared after EMAIL sesssions, and temporary files should be deleted on occasion even though a 4 5 6 reset will take care of much of these temp files.

Subject: [Braillenote] Losing Hard Carriage returns after reset

Hi All:

I have a client who asked me a question. She has a Braillenote
m-power
running Keysoft 6.2. The problem I'm about to describe happened
on her
old Braillenote classic as well.

If she writes or edits something in keyword and puts in hard
carriage
returns by hitting enter, then happens to do a reset, when she
goes back
to the document the hard returns are all gone. The only time
they are
still there is when you put two of them for a paragraph. Anyone
got any
ideas what might be going on and is there anything you can
suggest to
fix this? I tried re-creating this problem on my m-power and
cannot
recreate it.

Many thanks,
