She is ready to send and she attempts to do so but gets that errror 10,000
message especially when she might have 10 to 20 messages to send. We are
trying to figure out how to get around that message so the messages can be
sent.

Hi Jim: you lost me a little bit. She can send messages without receiving
if she wants to, unless I'm not understanding you. When she has her
messages ready to go, she can press 1,2,3,4,5,6 chord, and she'll be asked
if she wants to send now. I may be missing something, however.

Hello!
Dar is having the problem of not being able to send EMAIL without
receiveing more. This can be a problem when she receives
hundreds of messages at a time. It is one Am here and she can't
stop receiveing that EMAIL and just send what she has. We have
done the standard reset and 4 5 6 reset. Is there something else
which can be done?
