Hi Stacey and List, I can absolutely verify this bug. I have a BN QT 32. I've noticed the problem on Bookshare, IF-Archive, and other sites. I am able to download one file, but any subsequent attempt results in the "failed to download" message, sometimes followed by "unknown URL". I can download another file by performing a simple reset, but it's very annoying to have to reset twelve times to download twelve files. <Grin> If there is any kind of work-around, I'd love to know of it.
