I agree with Tom on all counts. and I think we need to keep speaking up, because it's obvious to me that HW staff does pay attention. I can remember complaining for years that my screen reader company kept adding bells and whistles without improving functionality in office programs which I needed desperately for work and other activities. i didn't mind the bells and whistles and use some of them myself. I will love the fun stuff in the latest version of key soft as well, and I'm ecstatic about being able to have eloquence for speech. Yet I'd also like to see improvements in basic things like key word and the file manager.
