Hi kathy, I would be extremely surprised if I made any commitment to the
cards being released a week after the upgrade. traditionally, there is a
delay between electronic and physical release, both here and in every
other assistive technology company I'm aware of. However, you can download
your update electronically if you wish before your card arrives. We
anticipate beginning shipping the cards very soon and appreciate your
patience.

Subject
[Braillenote] Keynote 7 upgrade

Hi, Patricia and List,
I thoroughly understand your unhappiness about not finding your serial
number for the upgrade.
I ordered the upgrade on a card, hence paying $40 more than the electronic
version.
It had been indicated by Jonathan last month that the cards would be sent
out to people within the week after the electronic version was made
available.
I finally called Humanware Friday, February 3, to ask about the cards.
They don't even have them in California yet, and won't be sending them out
till later this month (if then).
What's wrong with this picture?
We're being penalized for choosing to do the upgrade via card.
I'm really eager for the upgrade, and to be able to enjoy what all the
electronic downloaders have been chatting about.
Thanks for reading.
Kathy
