Several BNn Users of my acquaintance,  have indicated that they would like 
address this mattr to  someone  higher up than Jonathan. He doesn't really deal 
with Customer Service in the USA. I was told it is not his perrogative.
If it is, I apologize. However, these concerns have been going to the BN List 
for days now and Jonathan has said naught!
I'm wondering if US Bn Users would want  to contact the Head of Marketing  in 
Californi, Jim Halliday? He knows everyone and can usually be relied upon to 
get the job done.
