Hi rhonda;
When I brought up the address book up today, Dr. David Pitts, the one I logged
and edited yesterday was before Seville allen. I went in to look up Roger
Behm's e-mail.
The only thing I can think of is maybe a reset might correct it.
I tried the reset and it did not do any good. There is nothing in the address
book about alphabatizing or reorganizing data.
Any ideas.
sounds like I will have to retype it all in again.

Terry, when you save a change to the address book, you would press E chord.
You'll see, "confirm changes?" You would press Y for yes.

I am confused about what you say here. "I then discovered it was putting Dr.
between the first and last name. I reedited the first and last name and saved.
 Today I went into my address book to get an e-mail address for roger and the
Dr. I entered yestered yesterday was at the top of the list. I mean P was
before A. How can I fix this. What do you mean it saved between drives? I'm a
little lost here. If it's in the KeyList address book, it goes in order. What
drive did you save it on? Look to make sure, then see how it is entered.
