I typed the record but hit the wrong thumb key and was asked to save or delete. The address section does not tell you how to go back and put in an addition. Can someone tell me the command. Thanks. terry Powers

I went in to look up Roger Behm's e-mail. The only thing I can think of is maybe a reset might correct it. I tried the reset and it did not do any good. There is nothing in the address book about alphabatizing or reorganizing data. Any ideas. sounds like I will have to retype it all in again. You'll see, "confirm changes?" You would press Y for yes. I am confused about what you say here. "I then discovered it was putting Dr. between the first and last name. I reedited the first and last name and saved. Today I went into my address book to get an e-mail address for roger and the Dr. I entered yestered yesterday was at the top of the list. I mean P was before A. How can I fix this. What do you mean it saved between drives? I'm a little lost here. If it's in the KeyList address book, it goes in order. What drive did you save it on? Look to make sure, then see how it is entered. ___ To leave the BrailleNote list, send a blank message to [EMAIL PROTECTED] To view the list archives or change your preferences, visit http://list.humanware.com/mailman/listinfo/braillenote ___ To leave the BrailleNote list, send a blank message to [EMAIL PROTECTED] To view the list archives or change your preferences, visit http://list.humanware.com/mailman/listinfo/braillenote ___ To leave the BrailleNote list, send a blank message to [EMAIL PROTECTED] To view the list archives or change your preferences, visit http://list.humanware.com/mailman/listinfo/braillenote
