It's the bookshare utility. When you download a zipped file, just change the zip extension to bks. You do that from the File Manager Menu, by hitting R, to rename the file. Then, open it as you would a Bookshare book. When it asks for a password, just hit Enter. A note of caution: it doesn't work with every zipped file, but it works a good bit of the time.
