Yes, just press y when you are asked if you want to attach a
file. You will be asked what folder you want to attach a file
from, so hit space until you find keybase, then press enter.
Choose the database you wish to send and press enter. Now you
will be prompted "Do you want to attach another file." You will
want to press y again, since the first file you attached was only
the database definition. You now need to attach the file that
contains your records. Follow the same procedure, but before you
will be able to see the database file that holds your records you
will need to press space with X, if you have a BT keyboard, until
it says list of all including hidden files. Choose the CDB file
with the same name as the definition file you attached and press
enter.
