This is Joseph. It the Computer braille issue related to braille display? If
the issue is related to input, you have to contact HumanWare. If it is
related to braille display, go to braille display options, and set the
preferred braile grade to grade 2. For speeling issue, go to Review voice
options, and make sure that the punctuation level is set to 4 or lower.
Level 2 is recommended for general use. I hope this information may help
you.

Subject: [Braillenote] braille grade problems
Hi Everyone
I am having problems with a braillenote that just won't leave the computer
braille grade.
I have tried setting everything to grade 2 without success.
even when I am in the main menu, the braillenote asks me to enter
everything in computer braille. Also, when I am going through a list of
folders, it spells the filename letter by letter.
How can I stop this from happening?
