Hello,
Thanks for the suggestion, but I have had it in the side slot to
begin with. I have tried it in the back as well. It is not a
problem with all bn's, for my friend does not any problem.
I did not have any problems at all with my card when I was
running ks 6.1.1 but now that I have ks 7, almost everytime I try
downloading, I get some kind of error message, and I have to do a
reset to get rid of it.
Thanks anyways,
Roberth

Hello Robert and list,
I use an M-power BT and my EMAIL is going fine for the most part.
Sometimes, it won't send messages without my bringing down more
messages first but otherwise, the EMAIL has been going quite well
with my M-power. The classic model had its limitations but it
worked okay. Try putting your network card in the side slot and
see if that works better. Sometimes the ambicom 1100C cards are
tempermental. My wife got back from a trip and her M-power
worked quite well at the hotel where she was staying. She uses
an ambicom card. I have the SanDisk WyFi card which works better
for me when downloading and sending EMAIL. That card only works
in the M-power.

Hello Rhonda,
Thanks for your response.
Do you think this is a bt problem, because my friend Tiffany, who
has a qt does not have this problem.

Hi Robert:
I can tell you that this problem is not just isolated to you. As
long as I use my ruggedized ethernet card, I can download just
fine. However, when I use wireless, I am having your problem. I
finally took out my wireless, and am just using my ethernet card.
I took all of the steps you took. I deleted things, and put them
back in, but it didn't change. Like you, I thought it was my
Isp.

Subject: [Braillenote] keymail
Hello List,
I am having a problem with my keymail program and I was hoping
someone might have a suggestion.
Ever since I upgraded to ks 7, when I download e-mail, sometimes
it will download just fine, and usually the next time I go to
download, I get either a secket error message, or it says pop
server error and I thought maybe this was a problem with my
server, and what I found is that when I get these messages, I am
still able to download e-mail just fine on my pc.
This morning, I deleted the pop server and smtp server
information out of my account and reentered it and things seemed
to be going fine, but now I have the problem back, and because of
this error, my unit has locked up a few times, causing me to have
to do a reset approximately three or four times within the last
hour.
not only is this frustrating, but due to the resets, which I have
to do at least once a day, since I have had ks 7, I generally
miss at least one alarm on a scheduled appointment due to the
reset problem.
If you would like to keep the list free, you can write to me
privately, if you have any suggestions.
Thanks again.
Robert
