I had to reset my mpower and now I don't have my users guide the files are gone and I don't know what to do. I don't know if I reset it wrong or something I have had to reset it before and this has never happened before. Can anyone help me? Is there a certain way to rest should the unit be on or off or something. Can I get my files back? Malaina
