Well, I use a bt but the thought process will be the same.
When you find the appointment that you want to change, I would
start at the title of the appointment, press the command for
modifying or reviewing an appointment, it will say, title is
press enter, and then you will hear time is if that is what you
want to change, then just enter the time you want, and press
enter and continue pressing enter until you get to the other
fields you want to change, and when you are done, escape and it
will ask if you want to save changes say yes and you should be
good to go.

But that's where I get stuck. Can't seem to figure out how to
make the changes.
I followed your suggestion and pressed space bar twice. That
just moved me two files down (to appt title)
