This is Joseph. Let us say that the BN's behavior is not right. By doing JKL reset (we call it Hard Reset), you can return your unit's condition to that of the factory default. It also allows you to start from scratch by deleting whatever is in KeySoft System Disk that you have added by mistake. Sometimes, with electronic devices, it is necessary to perform hard reset sometimes to reinitialize the system.
