This is Joseph. This is what I'm understanding: 1. Make sure that ActiveSync 3.8 or earlier is installed on your laptop. 2. Connect the USB cable on both ends (between your laptop and your mPower). 3. On trhe BrailleNote, go to Utilities, then select the first item that says things about ActiveSync. 4. On the laptop, on the ActiveSync window, go to File menu and select get connected. Click on next button. In a moment the two devices should start syncing. For more information about using ActiveSync, consult the mPower User Guide.
