It would if they programmed it for that. That by the way would take a
lot of work and I don't know how many of the functions could be
controlled by an external. The risk of course it that if anyone were to
find out how to do it they could start striping your phone.

Yes, I too would love to use my BrailleNote as a display for my cell
phone running Talks.  Getting numbers jabbered at me isn't always very
useful, but I will never buy another device just for braille with my
cell phone, because there's too much to cary already, and there's also
the expense to consider.
