Hi Ray, Glad you found the problem even if you have only made a temporary fix.
I'm certain there's a way to identify keysync to Norton so it can pass through the firewall but don't know Norton enough to be able to suggest how it's done. I'll bet someone on a list like blindtech could tell you though, provided you can put up with the traffic. As for windows firewall, I turned mine off long ago as I've heard it's really not that effective and I have a good router here anyway. Besides, it was getting in the way of my connecting my MPower to my pc via a wireless network connection. But, I'm sure Norton is easy to configure once you just figure out what has to be done. The hard part's over.
