No I have a little device that coonects between the phone and handset with an additional output to a small jack that fots into the microphone jack on the VoiceNote or any other microphone jack ir even directly into my PC microphone or audio in. Cost me about 7 british pounds. I got it through work but will try to dig out the model details.
