Yes, the partnerships can be a pain sometimes.   The best thing to do is to go 
into activesync and delete the partnership in there.

To do this, open activesync and do not have your MPower connected.  Then bring 
up the files menu and go down to delete partnership.  It should allow you to 
do this.  You'll be prompted if you really want to do this of course, but 
answer yes.  

Once you've deleted the partnership from activesync on the pc you should be 
able to connect the MPower to the pc as usual and then create a new 
partnership.  

You loose the partnership on the MPower side of things when you do a 4 5 6 (j k 
l) reset or a service reset.  

The real trick is that you cannot have activesync connected in order to delete 
any or all partnerships from the pc side.
