This is Joseph. You have to delete the previous partnership before you
synchronize it again. That's because ActiveSync keeps a profile for each
device. If there are two devices with the same name, you have to rename one
with the different name. I hope this information may help you.

Thank you so much for the help. You are right: so simple its confusing, but
I think I've got it figured out. Now I have to get the partnership to work.
It doesn't recognize my BN, and when I try to create a new partnership with
the same name, it says that name is already being used. I cannot get to the
original partnership, though. Ah, ActiveSync... can't live with it, can't
live without it.

>Hi Alex,

>Actually, connecting to the net using usb and activesync is so
simple that it is almost confusing.

usb connection and establish a partnership if you haven't
already.

connectivity configuration and when asked for the device to use,
select ethernet. (I know you

me!)

let the rest of the options default.

>Now, go to the internet and select or enter a site name and hit
enter. You'll be asked which connection you want to use and
select the ethernet connection

and you'll be on your way.

>I just tried it here and it does work with keysoft 7 and the
MPower.
