This is Joseph. If you press reset while editing a document, you'll lose it. When editing a file, the things that you've entered are stored ina memory called RAM (Random Access Memory). This memory is temporary. When you reset your BN or any computer, the contents of RAM will be gone because RAM is temporary. To prevent it from being erased when you reset, you just have to save the file periodically. When you turn off your BN, though, its contents are preserved because wordprocessor saves the contect automatically when you power it down. I hope this information may help you. P.S. If the batteries goes flat, you'll lose the content too if you were editing and when the batteries goes flat.

After that, I had to reset once, maybe twice. When I went to look at the newly entered info, it was gone. Any thoughts? I have had it for a week and have had to reset a few times after the system just seems to lock up. Any thoughts would be apreciated. Thanks!
