Hi:
I suspect that what happened here was that you did the reset from
within the word document just after you'd entered the new text
without first exiting keyword. This has the same effect as doing
a backspace Q from within the Keyword, that's to say it abandons
the session of keyword without saving the ammended or newly
created text.
To my know there is absolutely no way of getting this stuff back.
Sorry about that but hope the explanation helps: always thy to
return to the main menu prior to doing a reset if you can.

Hi folks,
Today I took down several phone numbers in to an existing keyword
document
on my BN mPower.
After that, I had to reset once, maybe twice.
When I went to look at the newly entered info, it was gone.
Any thoughts?
I have had it for a week and have had to reset a few times after
the system
just seems to lock up.
Any thoughts would be apreciated.
