HI Sammie,
I'm glad I set your mind at ease, at least in part. I just
wanted to widen the perspective on the issue of data loss, and
ensure the list that this problem is not limited to the mPower or
even the BN ingeneral. I don't at all want to get involved in
this latest round of back-stabbing that's taking place here on
the list, I think someone went way overboard in the extremely
harsh comments that were made regarding another list members
attempts to be helpful. Absolutely no one, other than Moderator
Dean, has the right to say that someone should leave the list.
The whole thing is pretty disgusting, in my not-so-humble
opinion.
Just some more thoughts, I'm crawling back under my favorite rock
again. Smiles all around, and have a happy Saturday!
Sarah

Thank you Sarah,
That answered at least one of my questions. I personally
believe that Humanware provides a great line of products, and I
love my BrailleNote. I am extremely happy with the service its
given me since it was a 5.0. I'm just expressing a concern
(after reading the list) that something may prevent it performing
as an MPower as well as it has performed to date. My questions
were not intended to put anyone on the defensive, just to get
some answers if there were any.
Thank you. I have paid close attention to postings you make
to the list, because you seem to understand that people ask
questions because they don't know something. If people become
afraid to post to the list because of what someone may think of
their question, then I'd say abolish the list. However, in the
three years I've read this list, most questions are answered in a
friendly knowledgable manner, without putting anyone down or on
the defensive. If I have hurt anyones feelings with my
questions, again I apologize. They were only questions and about
something which concerned me.
This is my last posting on this subject. I will quietly await
any further information if there is any forthcoming.
Anyone who thinks I believe Humanware owns microsoft, please
set me straight off-list, where nobody else will have to listen
to us lose our tempers.
Thank you, and especially you Sarah,
Sammie Clay
