This is Joseph. Make sure that ActiveSync service is active on both bhe PC and on the BN. Undedr the list of servies for that particulzr computer, choose ActiveSync and pair the BN to your PC. ON the PC end, make sure that you select the correct name of the com port where the Bluetooth is listed under e.g. Com 3. I hope this information may help you.
