Hi Terry:

If you have put an E-mail in the trash folder, and need to retrieve it, you would press Enter on that E-mail. Then, you would press dots 2-6 chord to restore it back to where it came from. As far as emptying the E-mail trash bin, people have differing thoughts about it. I generally "free database space", which is the same as clearing out the trash bin after every E-mail session. It tends to make the machine run smoother. I'm excited about you getting your M Power. Hope you get lots of enjoyment out of it.

Hi Rhonda;
Can you actually go in to your trash folder and read or retrieve
deleted items? How often should you clean it out, like you do on a computer? I do not use the BT for e-mail, but what if I delete a document?

My MPower should be coming shortly.

Hi Angie:

I've not seen that one. If it is empty, when you see that
folder, press Ctrl with I. That should do it.

You understood my question right. I told you I was a novice.
Actually that was pretty stupid because only a few weeks ago I
had to figure out how to read from the trash folder. And it
never occurred to me to read "My email" folder the same way.
Duh.

Here's something else that is driving me crazy. There is a
folder in Keymail that is listed between Trash and My Email. It
appears to be called er That's what it is listed as er
Is this an actualy folder? If not, how can I get rid of it?

Angie.
