Hi, Terry:
Actually, you can set it up any way you want. In my folder, the
name is Hymnal. Under that folder, my songs are listed
alphabetically. Many people do it by numbering them. Either way
you decide to do it, they will be in order. The only thing about
doing them numerically is that you can't say 1. 2. 3. and so
on. Number 10. would come after number 1. You'd need to do
something like 01. Hopefully this babbling made sense.

Rhonda or Jim N.;
Does a file list mean all songs A-Z would be under the folder
name hymns and each one could be opened seperately?

Jim, having tried to do what you just asked, I'd use the file
list format.

Subject: [Braillenote] File List, or DataBase question.
Hi Gang:
As a worship leader, I require access to a lot of songs as
quickly as possible. At the present time, I have a directory
containing all of the songs: 1 per file. The file hs:
1. the key in which the song is played;
2. the number of verses;
3. the complete text of the song.
My question is: would I be better off using a database or should
I stick with the file list format.
Thanks all over the place gang.
