Vicky;
I have never used arcives before and was going to save your e-mail so I would
have the site. What is the meaning of the number after January?

Dean Jackson addressed a similar error in a
message a while back. So, although I certainly don't claim to know if this
would be exactly the same in your case, as you didn't mention getting the
entire error given in the prior message, but you might check out this link
from
the
January list
archives for his message to see if this helps:

Hello everyone,
We tried using my M-power in both Ray's and my environments on
our Windows XP machine. We got the same error message mentioned
in Ray's previous post on this subject.

Is this a bug in Keysoft 7? If so, will there be a fix soon?
