Dean, I'm also having the same problem.  Does ActiveSync have a limit as
to how many USB connections it will store.  I'm only using one other and
that is only a Guest partnership from time to time so I didn't
anticipate this problem.  I notice Richard had other partnerships in
operation that day also which causes me to want to check if it may be
ActiveSync related rather than the PK.  I don't want to be losing mine
just yet . . ..

Any further advice is also welcomed by me.

A few customers have raised this with us and from what they have
described is happening and from steps that have been taken to try and
correct the problem, it is unlikely that the problem is software related
and that we are dealing with a hardware issue here.

Internally and many outside Humanware, the BrailleNote PK is used to
Activesync via USB on a very regular basis.  Therefore, I would suggest
that at some point in time, we have a look at the BrailleNote PK to
diagnose the problem.
