Dear Stacey, Step 1. Go to the file manager menu. Press t for translation then press f for "forward translation text to braille."
2. Press the space bar to get to the first question in the list. 3. The first question is "What type of paragraph is used in the source document?" The BN needs to know what your paragraph boundaries are in your text document. There are 3 choices: indented or blank line; new line; and blank line. Cycle through the choices by pressing control with space and press enter on the one that matches your print documents. 4. Press the space bar until you come to "Paragraph format?" 5. To make your braille paragraphs translate as a new line and 2 spaces, press control with enter then press the space bar twice. The control with enter command will indicate a new line and pressing the space bar twice will show the two spaces. 6. After you have finished step 5, press enter. 7. Press escape to exit the menu.
