I believe it goes like this Go to the top of the text, i.e. where you want your block to begin. Press on braillenote bt, , space b for block, press t, for top of block. Then, go to the place where your block should end, press space b, then b for bottom of block. The bn should then prompt block commands menu. Press c for copy. Then to copy the block you must go to where you want the particular text to be placed, press space b again, then p, and this should place your blocked text in the desired location.
