I'm not quite sure what you are trying to do. If you have a database on a CF, just treat it like normal after you have navigated to it and selected that database. If you mean defragmenting, just put it in a computer, and, on XP, right-click it, select properties, and continue on; it is pretty easy to find, but a computer is not handy here so I cannot tell you exactly. The BN does not do defragmenting.
