Hi all. Well I received my repaired voicenote m power the other day for the second time, apparently it was the battery. At least now the percentage doesnot drop off swiftly like it did before. I'm wondering if someone from tech support knows officially if the setting for whether the record button is active makes a difference in the service reset. If the setting is set so the record button is off, will the button also not work if a service reset is needed? I had mine set to off before, and I'm wondering if I had it set differently if the service reset might have worked, and thus I may not have had to send my unit in twice. If it makes a difference, I'll leave the record button enabled.
