That doesn't work, we tried it with tech support and it just will not work.
Thanks.

Mary Ellen;
Sarah C, I think, said earlier today to reset your MPower befor down loading
each book. We do not know the reason for having to do this at this time.
Good Luck

Subject: [Braillenote] something utterly cockeyed:
Hi folks!
I have one of the strangest situations in the world.
Iam working with 3 Braille Note machines. Ok Now I go up on web.braille and
enter my username and password and on the Braille Note transplant and the pk
I can get into the Braille Book Review section just fine and get anything I
want.
But on the Voicenote mpower I can't link into that part of the web site. I
am doing exactly the same thing. I went in redid my network settings went
into the hidden files erased the web.braille address from the favorites,
rewrote it exactly the way nls had sent it to me readded it to my favorites
and even called humanware's tech support about this who told me to call the
library.
I called the library and they referred me to nls.
But have any of you ever heard of something like this? The thing is, I want
to use the mpower for books! That is why I bought it in the first place.
