Hi Gail; Don't feal stupid. the person that downloaded my data before transplant, told me about those cases. I was just as surprised as you. My first 2 cf cards did not come with cases. This list is a great place to learn. It consists of the brand new beginners, those that have used their units a while, but still have much to learn and the wizzes out there. Don't be shi. Only after I called Tech support did I figure out with their kind help that it was enclosed in a case. I felt about two inches high, but I appreciated their kindness. May I suggest that in one of the steps indicate that unlatching the case for removal is necessary. I know this sounds simple, but as one who has never used an SD card, I didn't realize this. I didn't have anyone around with vision or who had any experience to tell me differently. Thanksfor listening.
