Hi Angie, What may be happening is that when you are trying to mark the top of the block, you're cursor routing on a link, which tries to activate it. What you want to do is this: Put your cursor just before the ow sign, dots 2-4-6, and then right arrow over until you land on the first character in the Email address. Then you can mark the top of the block. When you go to the end of the Email address, put your cursor after the "end of link" mark, which looks like an o, dots 1-3-5, and left arrow over to the end of the Email address. Then you should be able to mark the bottom of the block and copy the block to the clipboard.
